Cotton Slipping Back Lower on Thursday

Cotton futures are mostly lower on Thursday with contracts down 15 to 25 points at midday. October expires today.  The US dollar index is back up $0.540 to $99.180, with crude oil $1.01/barrel higher.

The Cotlook A Index was back down 60 points on Wednesday at 76.05 cents. ICE certified cotton stocks down 1,420 bales on decertification on October 8, with the certified stocks level at 16,471 bales. 

Oct 25 Cotton  is at 62.47, up 45 points,

Dec 25 Cotton  is at 64.72, down 19 points,

Mar 26 Cotton  is at 66.51, down 25 points
